Over 30 years of professional experience; previously served as Marketing Director,

markets and administration at KPMG in Peru. Focused on quality and customer satisfaction,

applying the Client Experience (CX) methodology.

Experience in designing and implementing business sustainability strategies, ESG criteria, and corporate reputation enhancement. Former  president of a nonprofit organization. Member of Advisory Committees for various consulting firms and organizations, contributing to strategy.

Currently a member of the National Development Strategic Committee at IPAE; a member of the Advisory Board for the Faculty of Business and Economic Sciences (Accounting and Finance) at the University of Lima; an active partner and member of the Code of Ethics Committee at the SPM (Peruvian Marketing Society); an associate and member of the WomenCEO Directors' Platform; an associate of ILAFEP (Institute of the Business Family); and a member of the iDirectores community, the Construyendo Xperiencias community, and the Solid Waste Management Committee of APRILS (Association for the Southern Beaches).
